Press trips to the United Arab Emirates (2009)
An important number of press trips organized in the United Arab Emirates under the authority of the National Media Council. Since the beginning of January, most of the international press representatives already visited the country in order to study the local situation in the wake of the global crisis.
Gulf championship for the European media in Abu Dhabi (January 2010)
The 6th edition of this three day gulf championship for the European media in Abu Dhabi. In partnership with Gaia Networking.
The Saudi Labour Minister at UNESCO during an evening dedicated to pÉtri (7 April 2009)
Dr. Ghazi al Gossaibi, Saudi Minister for Labour and a well known poet, read his poems at the UNESCO during a prestigious meeting bringing together a large number of top level personalities.
Yas Island
Presentation of the Yas Island project, including the Formula One circuit of Abu Dhabi, on behalf of developer ALDAR Properties PJSC. Several press trips are being prepared and scheduled before the end of the year.
1st International Poetry Festival in Dubai (March 4th – 10th - 2009)
The 1st International Poetry Festival of Dubai was organized in the beginning of March under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and with the participation of Wole Soyinka, Nobel Prize Winner for Literature, and Breyten Brettenbach. Gaia Networking was in charge of the international public relations.
Elections in Kuwait (May 2009)
International public relations awarded to Gaia Networking. Media from the various continents visited Kuwait on the occasion of the elections which resulted in a large number of women gaining access to the Kuwaiti Parliament for the first time.
The Summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council – Kuwait, December 2009
The presidency of the Gulf Cooperation Council is to be transferred from the Sultanate of Oman to the Kuwaiti government. The Summit of the Heads of State is scheduled in Kuwait beginning of December 2009 and Gaia Networking is to manage the international public relations.
